Oilfield Parts

Oilfield parts were developed and designed to meet API specifications. Following the design,

manufacturing drawings were completed for the client to continue with their initiative.    

FEA Analysis of Blowout Preventer

An FEA analysis on a conceptual design of a new blowout preventer body indicated that

the body could not withstand the expected loading conditions.

Software Training

A customized training program for a 3-D modeler was developed for the client. Best practices and

modeling techniques specific to their manufacturing needs were shared with the company’s technical

team. The client continues to use the program.

Design of Downhole Tool

The project involved the design of the tool as well as load rating the assembly.

CFD Model of Pipe Flow

A model was developed to predict various aspects of internal turbulent fluid flow.
